Discovering Girl Coaching Services Growing Strong Women

In the business of life coaching, there are numerous types of coaches. For, some focus on all areas of life, while others focus on a specific one. Whereas, there are also coaches which provide Girl Coaching Services Growing Strong adults in order to prepare these individuals for meeting challenges and obstacles in the future.

Raising a pre-teen or teen can also be overwhelming for parents. For example, helping girls transition to a new school or grade level, assisting in the results of bad choices and decisions, calming unnecessary bouts of drama, not knowing if a girl or teen is telling the whole truth, having eyes-rolled at suggestions, experiencing stress related to school or dating life or trying to make it into a well respected university, is often difficult for parents and young girls.

Granted, new advanced technologies can also be helpful in some areas such as college applications, preparatory tests and the like. At the same time, social media often has pros and cons, the latter of which can often be dangerous when it comes to chatting or talking with strangers online.

In some cases, progress has been made when it comes to teaching young girls that body image and appearance are not the essential aspects of beauty. Whereas, there is still a great deal of belief among young girls and women that to be beautiful, one has to be thin and look like a supermodel. As such, these ideals still exist and it is up to both parents to teach all children that this is just not the case.

Regardless of the past, girls in teen years can emerge as happy, strong and confident young women. Although, it often takes the help of a life coach, mentor or counselor in order to do so. For, bullying, relational aggression, domestic violence and struggles even in the closest of friendships are on the rise, especially between pre-teen and teenage girls.

When navigating through the formative years from pre-teen and teen into adulthood, it can also be difficult to have a sense of belonging, thus suggesting that the individual is being left out. Whereas, peer pressure can often be a major deterrent when pressured to conform to societal stereotypes with regards to behavior, dress and actions. In most cases, research has shown that individuals having these experiences are often more prone to clinical depression, isolation and a loss of self-esteem.
